For a long time, I looked like I was “coping” on the outside but inside, I was exhausted.
I was doing all the things I thought I should be doing. Showing up. Holding everything together. Taking care of everyone else.
But life felt heavy. My energy was flat. My body didn’t feel like mine anymore. And even though I loved my family deeply, I didn’t feel connected to myself, or sometimes to my partner.
I was living in survival mode.
What I came to realise is that so many women, especially mothers, aren’t actually broken, lazy, or failing at life. We’re just burnt out from carrying too much for too long, without enough support, energy, or joy to sustain us.
I needed permission to slow down, soften, and rebuild my life in a way that actually supported my body, my nervous system, and my relationships.
That’s where everything began to change, and that's what this Ditch the Burnout reset is based on.
